  “I hired the Black Hummer Limo for my wedding from Impact Limo Hire Perth and was very happy with my decision. The whole process from beginning to end was a joy. The Black Hummer was immaculate ( it was awesome, what a head turner ) and Elton's professionalism on the day exceeded my expectations. Nothing was to hard for him, and he joined in with us which made us all feel relaxed and we all really enjoyed the afternoon with him and his Hummer Limo.

  “We hired 2 silver Mercedes sedans for a wedding in December 2009. They have good prices and the process of booking was smooth and error free until we turned up on the actual day to pickup the cars.
  
  We waited about 20 mins before someone was actually available to take us down to the cars.
  
  The cars were washed, but there was many scratches and dents on the cars. The interior was 'wiped clean' but had clear stain marks on the leather. It was bad to the point that I wouldn't let my bride sit in one of the cars in her beautiful white dress. We obviously explained how disappointed we were to the staff, but we were in a situation which we couldn't go elsewhere.
  
  Got home, and realised the petrol was about 1/4 full in Car1 and 1/3 full in Car2. We asked if there was refund for the excess petrol we fill up (because we didn't want to worry about it on the wedding day). There was no refund. I am used to renting cars with a full tank of petrol. They need to review this policy.
  
  On the night before returning the car, we accidentally went through the tolls without a tag. We reported this to the staff, and she was happy to advise that they would take care of it - me assuming that given our experiences, they were happy to pay the $2.50. Unfortunately, I just received the toll notice. Very disappointed.
  
  Overall, I can say, you get what you pay for. If I had the chance to do it again, I would be willing to pay double the price, just to ensure we had clean cars, full tank of petrol and excellent customer service - on your special day.

  “Wow we landed in Mackay and decided to travel up to Arlie beach but renting a car in Mackay can be and will be Expensive and messy as we have hired from others in Mackay only to find we recieved a dirty car inside & out at an astronomically fine printed fee untill we found these guys :),The car was flashy new..and clean with a pumpin stereo and cool air wich made the trip more enjoyable.The service was incredibly good we didnt feel we were put on a conveyor belt out the revolving door as we enjoyed coffee and snacks and in a flash we were on our way,but the best thing is the deal they gave us,we had saved heaps so we extented out trip to the islands ..thank you Mackay car & truck you helped make my honeymoon PERFECT!!!! WE WILL BE BACK”
